Improved Integration, Tracking and Auditing Deliver Increased Enterprise Value

Morristown, NJ -- May 21, 2009 – DataMotion, Inc., a leading provider of hosted governance services, today announced the general availability of its enhanced Intelligent Information Transport (IIT) platform, allowing organizations to bring the benefits of cloud-based secure messaging and data governance services to their users and applications. 

The IIT platform empowers enterprises to enable data integration and collaboration by managing, securing and tracking data from multiple sources. The platform allows customers to integrate secure messaging and information transfer into their existing applications or business processes.
 
Flexibility Enhancements

Through its partnership with Pervasive Software, DataMotion is extending its platform to provide integration with more business processes.  Pervasive’s collection of adapters will enable interoperability of disparate or legacy systems with one another via web services, email and file transfer.  By coupling the DataMotion IIT platform and Pervasive Data Integrator, DataMotion customers can now transfer information securely across the IIT platform to more than 150 different data source applications including Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Oracle, SAP, and many more.  This technology partnership solidifies DataMotion’s IIT platform as an end-to-end solution.

Customization Enhancements

Customers can address their unique challenges by leveraging the platform to build simple or complex automated solutions specific to their business.  DataMotion has identified a host of necessary business processes for which the IIT platform can provide management and governance. DataMotion’s innovative IIT platform supports integration of data submitted via secure PDF forms into user and machine-readable formats for rapid integration into internal processes.  This core capability streamlines and reduces human error while providing greater control and flexibility, and improving processing time.  Additionally, solutions built on the platform also include a filterable, sortable and exportable dashboard- centric view of a company’s information flow.

Improved Auditability  

Through the IIT platform, companies can track, filter, and receive immediate confirmation of  message and attachment disposition and response activity, providing increased process insight.  DataMotion’s IIT tracking and auditing functionality can now be used to provide reports enabling customers to meet their auditing requirements.

Greater Flexibility and Visibility

·      Secure PDF Push allows information such as statements or invoices to go directly into a recipient’s inbox, rather than requiring the user to log in to a portal.

·      Increased amounts of collected metadata relating to the lifecycle of information mean greater management and tracking functionality

·      DataMotion’s patented technology allows dynamic creation of an account whenever a secure email is received, enabling automatic provisioning of new accounts. Automatic provisioning is also available for sender accounts, greatly eliminating administrative burden.
